It helps you understand how well your content complies with national nutrition guidelines and encourages sustainability practices like meal planning, choosing healthier and eco-friendly foods, or reducing food waste. Influencers who join the RCA can take part in a self-evaluation process that shows how closely their content aligns with official nutrition guidelines.
